  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness, about ½ inch.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Set up breading station: In the first bowl, beat the eggs. In the second bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  6. Press the chicken into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Gently pat the coating onto the chicken for a firm crust.
