This baked Boursin salmon recipe combines creamy, garlicky Boursin cheese with flaky salmon for a healthy and indulgent dinner that’s quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin-on or skinless
  • 8 tablespoons Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs flavor)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of olive oil over each fillet and rub it in gently with a basting brush or the back of a spoon.
  4. Season the salmon generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Spread a thick layer of Boursin cheese (about 2 tablespoons per fillet) over the top of each piece of salmon.
  6. Drizzle a teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice over each fillet.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. The cheese should be golden and bubbly.
  8. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired.
  9. Serve immediately with your favorite sides, like roasted vegetables, quinoa, or a fresh green salad.
