This recipe combines all the iconic flavors of a Big Mac—tangy sauce, juicy beef, melted cheese, and crisp lettuce—wrapped neatly in a tortilla for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 medium-sized flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup onions, finely diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked (about 8-10 minutes). Break into small crumbles and drain excess grease if needed.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, vinegar, and sugar. Stir until smooth and creamy to make the special sauce.
  3. Shred the lettuce, dice the onions, and slice the pickles thinly. Set aside for assembly.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 10 seconds to make them pliable.
  5. Spread a generous spoonful of special sauce onto each tortilla. Add a layer of ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced onions, sliced pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom like a burrito.
  7. Slice the wraps in half if desired, and serve warm.
