  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or brioche buns)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix (optional)
  • 12 pickle slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken with Buffalo sauce. Mix until evenly coated.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and brush the tops with melted butter.
  4. Place the bottom halves of the buns on a baking sheet. Layer the Buffalo chicken mixture evenly across the buns, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
  6. Remove the sliders from the oven and top with green onions, ranch dressing, coleslaw mix, and pickle slices, if desired.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns over the sliders and press gently. Serve warm and enjoy!
