  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  2. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a small pat of butter, allowing it to melt and coat the surface.
  3. Place a tortilla onto the skillet and sprinkle half with shredded cheese. Top the cheese with the chicken and bacon mixture, then add more cheese on top for extra gooeyness.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half, pressing gently with a spatula to seal. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.
  5. Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.
  6. Remove the quesadillas from the skillet and let them cool for a minute before slicing into wedges. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispiness, preheat the skillet before adding the quesadillas. Customize with jalapeños, avocado slices, or hot sauce for added flavor.
