These Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls combine the best flavors of Thanksgiving into perfectly portioned, bite-sized balls bursting with savory turkey and sweet cranberries. They’re easy to make and perfect for impressing your guests during the holidays.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or finely chopped
  • 3 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or store-bought)
  • ¾ cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for greasing the baking sheet or pan
  • Optional garnish: Fresh parsley or chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded turkey, prepared stuffing, dried cranberries, grated Parmesan (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the beaten eggs and chicken broth to the mixture. Mix again until the mixture holds together. If it feels too dry, add a tablespoon more broth at a time until it reaches a moldable consistency.
  4. Using your hands or a cookie scoop, shape the mixture into balls about the size of golf balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each ball.
  5. Bake the stuffing balls in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside.
  6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the stuffing balls cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

[‘If the mixture feels too wet, sprinkle in extra flour to firm it up. If it’s too dry, add a splash of chicken broth.’, ‘For extra crispiness, brush the stuffing balls with melted butter before baking.’, ‘You can prepare the mixture and form the balls ahead of time, storing them in the fridge until ready to bake.’, ‘For added flavor, soak dried cranberries in orange juice before adding them to the mixture.’]
