  • 1 oz (30 ml) vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) heavy cream
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Chill your serving glass in the freezer for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add amaretto, vanilla vodka, heavy cream, and simple syrup.
  3. Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker, seal it tightly, and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds to create a frothy texture.
  4. Remove the serving glass from the freezer and strain the cocktail into the glass.
  5. Top the drink with a dollop of whipped cream to create the ‘cloud’ effect.
