The ultimate comfort food featuring soft gnocchi in a rich, velvety sauce with shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and cheddar cheese. Perfect for cozy nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 pound fresh or shelf-stable gnocchi
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate. Crumble once cooled.
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the gnocchi according to package instructions (usually 2-3 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet used for the bacon, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and smooth. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Stir in ranch seasoning and shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Fold in shredded chicken and cooked gnocchi, ensuring everything is coated in the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the dish and stir lightly.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy while warm!

Notes

Use fresh gnocchi for a softer texture. Adjust sauce thickness with extra chicken broth if needed. Customize with veggies or spices to suit your taste.
