A quick and easy 5-minute snack featuring smooth peanut butter blended with tangy Greek yogurt, frozen into creamy, bite-sized treats perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 1/2 cup (120 g) natural smooth peanut butter
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure out 1 cup (240 ml) of Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup (120 g) of smooth peanut butter, 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (if using).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir together until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy with no lumps or streaks.
  3. Sprinkle in the cinnamon and fold it gently into the mixture. If using, stir in the mini chocolate chips last.
  4. Using a teaspoon or small cookie scoop, fill mini muffin tins or silicone molds with about 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of the mixture each. Alternatively, drop spoonfuls evenly spaced on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Place the tray or tin in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are firm and fully frozen.
  6. Once frozen, transfer the bites into an airtight container or freezer bag. Keep frozen until ready to eat.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for best creamy texture. Smooth peanut butter blends better than chunky. Let bites soften 2-3 minutes at room temperature before eating for a creamy melt-in-your-mouth feel. Store in airtight container to prevent freezer burn. Can substitute honey with maple syrup or sugar-free sweetener. For nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter or tahini.
