  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth (low-sodium preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces, halve the potatoes, and mince the garlic.
  2. Optional: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef bites for 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Place the beef and potatoes in the crockpot. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture over the beef and potatoes.
