Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease six 4 to 6-ounce ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water (double boiler method). Stir occasionally until smooth and shiny. Remove from heat and let cool slightly (about 5 minutes).
