  • 1 cup coleslaw (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs into a slow cooker. Add 1 cup of buffalo sauce and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours until the chicken is tender and easily shreddable.
  2. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks or meat claws directly in the slow cooker. Mix the shredded chicken with the sauce to ensure every piece is coated. Add a splash of water or chicken broth if the sauce is too thick.
